And sometimes you’re home alone and don’t really know what to eat or even if you want to cook. Most of us would run to a fast food corner or settle for a piece of bread with tons of butter and chocolate sprinkles. I actually don’t do that anymore. For a long, long time. I do my best to find something I can use to cook an under 15 minutes meal. Like this one. I used a few high protein ‘filets’ (vegetarian) and then added bamboo sprouts, fresh garlic, peppers and parsley. Added a bit of salt and some green curry powder and tada! Done in less than 15 minutes. Touch up with some chili drops and there you go. A lovely meal for one! Enjoy!
