There are many fine liquors but none of them have a ring to it like Limoncello. It makes you think of spring and summer, of ocean breezes on warm nights. It says Italy like pasta and pizza and almost everyone can appreciate the smell of good, high quality lemons. It’s simply irresistible. 

You can buy many good Limoncello in stores because there are, luckily, good artisanal producers of the sun soaked liquid. But even if you find the best of the best, nothing beats making your own. And of course I couldn’t stay behind and started the process of creating a pretty delicious Limoncello.
