Deliciously sweet. Mild like good honey. Juicy like never tasted before. No other way to describe the Clementines we get from the Campagna in Italy. their fruits are treated in the best way you can imagine and its a skill handed down. I am very very grateful to be able to taste nature at its best. Grateful that we can and grateful that there are people who put all their love and hard work in tending soil, trees and fruit. For that, they deserve a standing ovation.
These delights were on their way to be preserved. Only time will tell. As soon as we re-open the jar I will sure let you know if they remained as tasty as they are right now …
